With our shower gel powder, you can mix your own shower gel in seconds. The powder is simply mixed with hot water to form a mousse or gel. Details can be found in the Application tab. You not only save plastic: Due to the small volume, the powder is also a real space and weight miracle!

ZERO WASTE FOAM PARTY WITH SHEA BUTTER

For this we use a vegetable surfactant made from coconut, which is milder than the widespread chemical SLS. Pure shea butter keeps the skin supple, elastic and moisturized. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect, can relieve itching and protects the skin from drying out due to surfactants.

Use as a shower gel: Stir the contents of the sachet gradually into 300ml of boiled water with a whisk until everything has dissolved. Let cool for 10 minutes, then pour directly into a soap dispenser or an old shampoo bottle. Let it sit overnight so it gets nice and creamy.

Use as a shower mousse: Stir the contents of the bag gradually into 100ml of boiled water with a whisk until everything has dissolved. Let it cool down for 10 minutes and then pour it straight into an airtight container and let it steep overnight so it gets nice and creamy.

Storage: Please keep the mixed shower gel in a dark and dry place. Once mixed, it can be kept for four weeks.

Therefore we use a milder surfactant which is friendlier to our skin. Our shower gel powder also foams. However, this is a little less than with conventional products with many more aggressive surfactants. This is not a quality defect, on the contrary: you are effectively cleaned and your skin is protected .

The powder is mixed with water at home and, depending on the amount added, used like a usual shower gel or as a shower mousse. Without any change or adjustment process.

Yes, that works and is even quite practical for on the go, since nothing can leak. Lather up a hazelnut-sized amount in your wet hands and massage the lather onto wet skin.

Once mixed with water, your shower gel will keep for 4 weeks . This is because there are naturally germs in the water that multiply. We deliberately refrain from aggressive preservation with questionable means and recommend: If you don't need that much shower gel in this period, then simply halve the amount when mixing :)

You can keep it mixed like any other shower gel. The shelf life can be extended by storing it in the refrigerator.

We recommend stirring the shower gel powder in a tall pouring vessel with a whisk and then quickly decanting while it is still liquid.

You can use any vessel that you like. For example an old shower gel bottle, a soap dispenser or a storage box. The main thing is that it is waterproof.

Depending on the hardness of the water and the nature of the lime, which varies from place to place, the shower gel can unfortunately become a little more liquid or solid.

In general, it is advisable to shake the shower gel vigorously before use, as we deliberately do not use emulsifiers.

Too hard: It is best to add a sip of water and then stir vigorously again until it has the right consistency for you.

Too liquid: The powder may not have dissolved properly when stirred in. Please check whether there are still heels on the bottom and stir it vigorously again.

Yes :) But not as strong as you might be used to from conventional products with more aggressive surfactants. Please keep in mind that excessive foaming is not a quality feature, but marketing. You will be just as clean with moderate foam formation and your skin will be protected even better.
