DIY COSMETICS MADE EASY
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane also known as dimethylsulfonist) is a natural sulfur compound that is used internally and externally. MSM can alleviate many symptoms of sulfur deficiency, often triggered by physical stress, exercise, malnutrition or illness. It nourishes and soothes the skin as a cream, compresses or baths.
*Important note: MSM powder should not be taken if you are pregnant or have children under the age of 18, or if you are taking anticoagulants. During breastfeeding only after consultation with the doctor.
MSM powder is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep dark, dry and out of the reach of children. If an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Nutritional values of natural products are subject to biological fluctuations.

Face mask: Mix 1 teaspoon of MSM powder with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to form a paste.
Apply evenly to the face (avoid the eye area generously) and leave on for 15 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with clear water.
Bath additive: add 3 tablespoons of MSM powder to the bath water and relax as usual.
Rinse off after the bath and enjoy suppleness.
Hair treatment: Mix 1 tablespoon of MSM powder with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Spread into towel-dried lengths and ends.
Leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash your hair as usual.
Nail butter: Mix ½ tsp MSM powder with ½ tsp olive oil and 1 tsp coconut oil.
Spread the butter on the nails and cuticles well and massage in.
Leave on for at least 10 minutes and then rinse off.
Hand and foot bath: Put 1 tablespoon MSM powder with 1 tablespoon oil of your choice in a bowl of lukewarm water and put your hands or feet in the bath.
Leave on for 10 minutes and relax.
Then rinse thoroughly.
Disposal: This packaging consists of 100% paper. If it is completely clean, it can be disposed of with the waste paper. If the packaging is dirty, please put it in the residual waste.
Ingestion: Simply stir ½ teaspoon of MSM powder into liquid and drink daily.
Best with citrus juices as they will dull the slightly bitter taste and maximize the effects.
Storage: Store in a dry and dark place.
Disposal: Remove the label from the packaging and place in the yellow sack. The rest of the packaging into the waste paper.
