This means: Trained testers act covertly as customers and evaluate various contact points such as test purchases, test calls, test emails, or the website. The German Service Award is not a classic award that one can apply for. The evaluation is based on an independent annual evaluation of the underlying studies and data sources. This is precisely what makes the award particularly relevant for many customers.
