Put the soap in the bag and close it with the wooden ball. Lather well with water and rub over the body.

Please wash before first use as the pads do not have a separate outer packaging other than the laundry bag. Then simply use it as you would a conventional cotton pad.

Using a clean finger, take a small amount of the balm and gently massage it into your lips. The light grain of the balm provides a massage effect, promotes blood circulation and melts when massaged in.

Rub the hair soap with water between your hands and gently massage the cream foam into the damp scalp and roots. Please leave out the lengths and tips, the foam that runs off is sufficient here. Then rinse very thoroughly. Since the hair soap does not contain any surfactants, it does not foam particularly strongly - this is completely normal.
